This week was pretty dece. We had an exchange and zone conference so that is always a good time! We exchanged with the Jan Ree Elders over on the other side of Salem. I was with Elder Crafts from Vegas. He is the man. We came out together and served around each other a little bit in South Salem. We had a good exchange and got a lot done. Zone Conference was over in West Salem which was nice because we didn't have to do anything to set up or conduct which was pretty nice. It was good to be back in the ol' Monmouth Zone. Zone Conferences are always a blast! President Tateoka is always just dropping doctrine on us. It's awesome!
This week we unfortunately had to stop teaching a few of the people that had baptismal dates. it's all good though. It was mainly just because they weren't keeping any commitments. Kenn's Alzheimer's is getting worse and worse and we don't think he needs to be taught, but his fellowshippers are pushing for him to get dunked. We will see, but he isn't very accountable.
Maureen and Kristi are probably our most progressing investigators. They are still doing well. Maureen is pumped for the 27th of October! It has been cool to help them come to know Jesus Christ and apply His teachings in their lives. This next week we are going to try hard to find some new solid people to teach. I'm pumped!
Last P-day, we went and toured the Oregon State Capitol which was a pretty good time. It is a very interesting building with a lot of history. We also went and and found a sweet disc golf course so you already know we went hard at some disc golf!
That was basically the week. We were pretty busy. This week will be busy as well. We have exchanges with the Hubbard Spanish Elders and then we have transfer calls on Saturday! Will I stay? ....or will I go?? Find out next time!! Love you guys. Have a great week!
Love,
