Happy Mother's Day yesterday to all the amazing moms out there especially my amazing mom! Don't know what I'd do without her. In one of his talks, Elder Holland said, "No love in mortality comes closer to approximating the pure love of Jesus Christ than the selfless love a devoted mother has for her child." I have definitely seen that. My mom is so Christlike and I am so grateful for her.
Also, Happy 50th Birthday to my dad! Wish that old guy a happy birthday, ha ha! Love ya, Dad!
This week was absolutely insane. Last week I said we were probably going to have to move Nicole's date back a week because she went out of town. After P day last week we had a bomb lesson with her and she told us that she told her mom (who is Jehovah's Witness) that she was being baptized and she pretty much got shunned. We knew right then that she was ready so we went ham the rest of the week to teach all the principles. She had her interview Wednesday and then she was baptized on Saturday. It was an awesome experience to see her follow the Savior and be baptized. She asked me to confirm her the next day and it was really cool. The Spirit was so strong. We want to take her to the temple to do baptisms soon so that should be fun!

Other than that, nothing too crazy happened. It was great being able to talk to the fam! I love this work and the blessings that come from it. This church is true and don't forget it! You will all be blessed as you live and apply the gospel of Jesus Christ in your life. Have a great week! Love you all!
