Not a Whole Lot Shakin'

How's it going everyone?

This week was pretty good.  Not a whole lot shakin' but things are coming slowly but surely.  We have been focusing a lot on reactivating and working with part-member families.  We found a handful of new investigators so hopefully we see some good things come from that!

We had a really good lesson with the Warnbergs on Tuesday.  They are so close to coming to church.  Jeff told us that he is ready to come back to church, so we invited him this Sunday, but he said nah because of the Super Bowl smh!  Hopefully next week!  The kids are so solid and just soak up what we teach them.  They are huge sports fans so it's awesome to connect with them that way.  I'm excited to continue to help them come to Christ.

We got a call this week from some Elders in the San Jose mission saying that one of their recent converts moved into our area.  So, we go over there to meet him and the guy is a straight g.  His name is Anthony.  He's 26 and bought a farm in the middle of nowhere Oregon.  He's out here alone starting from scratch on a farm lol.  He was straight gold though.  He studied the church for a few years and then found the Elders on the street and told them he wanted to join.  He is sweet.  He took us on a tour of his farm and was telling us all of his plans with it all.  It was fun.

Other than that, it's just been the regular missionary life.  Lots of finding.  I know that this is the Lord's work and I am so blessed to have this opportunity to serve him and help build up His kingdom.  I'm so grateful for all of you and love you so much!  Hope you have a good week!
